The short version

Feefee is an illustrative comparison tool and personal-finance publisher. Use the data, do your own research, make your own decisions. Don’t hold us liable for the financial choices you make off the back of it. We’re a free tool and a small operation — there are limits to what you can claim from us if something goes wrong. By using the site, you agree to that.

Who we are

Feefee is operated by Feefee Money Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

What Feefee is — and isn't

What it is. Feefee tracks UK rates and fees across the providers we list, runs them against the inputs you enter, and shows you illustrative comparison data side-by-side. It also publishes general-interest content about UK personal finance.

What it isn’t. Feefee is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not give personal financial advice. We do not give recommendations on what to do with your money. We do not hold your money, sell financial products, or arrange financial transactions on your behalf. Any output the tool produces is reference information, not a personal recommendation. The decision to act on the information is always yours.

For situations that need regulated advice — Defined Benefit pension transfers, complex tax planning, cross-border issues — we link to FCA-authorised advisers via Unbiased and similar services. We don’t replace those services; we just point at the door.

Using Feefee

You agree to:

  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes (a one-off referral to a friend is fine; scraping the site to power a competing service is not).
  • Provide reasonably accurate inputs in the comparison tool. The output depends on the accuracy of the inputs — that part is on you.
  • Verify any rate or fee on the provider’s own site before acting. Rates and fees move; our data may be a few days old.
  • Not attempt to break, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measure. Polite curiosity about how the engine works is fine; aggressive automation isn’t.
  • Not impersonate, harass, defame, or send unlawful content through any contact form or comment area we operate.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to providers may, in the future, pay Feefee a referral fee if you sign up via our link. As of the date of these terms, no paid partnerships are live — every link currently routes to the provider’s own canonical landing page and is marked Editorial. If a partnership goes live, affected links will be marked Affiliate in-line so the commercial status is clear at the point of click.

How we keep it honest. The data on the comparison page is independent of the affiliate relationship. The engine ranks by rate / fee maths, not by affiliate payout. If a provider with no affiliate relationship beats one that pays us, the unaffiliated one wins. We will never promote a provider that doesn’t deserve to be on the list on the facts.

As of these terms, no paid referral arrangement with any adviser directory (Unbiased, VouchedFor) is in place — the Unbiased and VouchedFor links elsewhere on the site are editorial (marked “Editorial — not paid” inline). If we add a paid referral arrangement later, we’ll update this section and mark affected links “Affiliate” in line with the rest of our affiliate-disclosure policy.

Intellectual property

The Feefee name, the dog illustrations, the wordmark, the engine code, the editorial copy, and the way it’s all put together are owned by Feefee Money Ltd. You can quote brief portions for review or commentary (fair dealing under UK copyright law); you can’t reproduce the whole site, the engine logic, or the brand assets for your own commercial use.

Provider names, logos, and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Feefee uses them under nominative fair-use to identify the products we compare; this does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. The data is best-efforts; rates and fees change frequently; the engine simplifies. Don’t use Feefee as your sole input for any financial decision, and especially don’t use it for a decision you can’t reverse cheaply.

We don’t guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or up-to-date at any specific moment. We don’t guarantee the comparison output is correct for your specific situation — we provide illustrative reference information, and your situation may have nuances the tool doesn’t capture.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that can’t lawfully be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above: Feefee, its operator, and anyone associated with the site are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the site or the information it provides.

For any other liability, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the site is capped at £100. The site is free; the cap reflects that.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Feefee against any claim arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of someone else’s rights.

Termination

You can stop using Feefee anytime — clear your browser data and unsubscribe from the email list. We can suspend or terminate your access to specific features (e.g. the email digest) at our discretion if you abuse the service or breach these terms; we’ll usually give notice before doing so unless the breach is serious.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep their right to bring proceedings in their local courts under UK consumer law.

Changes

We’ll update these terms when something material changes and bump the date at the top. Continued use of the site after we publish an update means you’ve accepted the new version. If you don’t agree, stop using the site.
